I use six posters to express my feelings at each stage and express the ups and downs of my emotions with the background colour of the poster. Express what you see and think in the process of binge eating with real objects in your life. At the same time, I combined the poster with the sound, you can hear the sound of the equipment when I do strength training before I start to binge. You can also hear the crying of a girl when she feels hopeless and afraid to go out after overeating.
